Ensure that all the required fields (SPL Name & CR Date) are not empty. Incase of missing field values raise a ticket under appropriate help topics.

I am not able to see the latest update
Verify in the version number in the footer and confirm if its latest one. Clear your browser cache and cookies and reload the application. Follow the instruction in this link to clear your browser cache and cookies. If this does not work contact the administrator or raise a ticket with appropriate details.
